Disappointing Experience with the Company

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a large plant and paid a considerable amount, expecting at least basic professionalism. Instead, the entire experience has been a series of disasters. They sent the wrong plant — not just a minor error, but a completely different item. When I raised the issue, they asked for a return, which was fine, but then they failed to provide the courier with the correct return information. I had to supply the details myself. What followed was a frustrating series of emails, empty apologies, and no action. Their customer service is among the worst I've encountered — unhelpful and robotic. Every response feels generic, and no one has offered a real solution. After all this, there's still no resolution or refund. My money is stuck, the issue remains unresolved, and the company acts as if it's not their problem. A company this careless and disorganized should not be in business.
