I ordered a plant and it took 7-8 days to dispatch. When it finally arrived, it was damaged and poorly packaged. I reached out to the team, but they are unresponsive. My order was placed on October 3, and as of November 2, there's been no resolution or refund. The customer care team keeps asking for photos and videos of the plant, which is frustrating after waiting so long. This experience has been terrible, and I will never order from them again.
