I ordered plants as Diwali gifts for my clients, but they were delivered late and in dry, unusable condition. This has wasted my money and embarrassed me in front of my clients. To make matters worse, I can't even post a review or upload photos of the damaged plants on their portal. This lack of transparency shows a serious problem with their accountability. I've lost money and my clients’ trust due to their poor service. It's truly disappointing, and I urge them to take this feedback seriously.
