Extremely Disappointed with the Service

If there were an option for negative stars, I would gladly choose that for the company. I ordered an XL plant and paid a considerable amount, expecting at least a basic level of professionalism. Instead, the entire experience has been a series of unfortunate events.
First, they sent the wrong plant — not just a minor mix-up, but an entirely different product from what I ordered. When I brought this to their attention, they requested a return. That was fine, but then the company couldn't even handle the simplest task: providing the courier with the correct return information. The courier kept inquiring for details, forcing me to step in and provide the necessary information myself.
What ensued was days of endless back-and-forth, futile emails, repeated apologies, and absolutely no progress. Their customer service is genuinely among the worst I've encountered — uninformed, unhelpful, and robotic. Each response feels like a copy-paste job, and not a single representative offered a real solution.
And the cherry on top? After all this, there is still no resolution or refund. My money is stuck, the issue remains unresolved, and the company acts like it’s not their concern.
Honestly, a business this negligent, disorganized, and indifferent has no right to operate. They should consider closing down.
