I spent a significant amount on three live plants, but all of them arrived in a damaged and lifeless state. Despite providing clear photos and emails, there was no proactive response from their side. I had to keep following up, only to be met with silence and delays. When I finally reached customer support, the representative outright denied a refund, citing 'company policy' — even though the plants were clearly damaged upon arrival. For a business dealing in live products, this level of indifference, poor service, and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
