Order placed on Nov 29th still hasn't shipped by Dec 9th.

I placed an order on Nov 29th, and by Dec 9th, it still hadn’t shipped. There was no update on the order tracking status page after it was marked as “confirmed.” I reached out to the support team, and they responded the next day, explaining, “We have experienced an unusually high volume of orders due to recent promotions, causing a slight delay in processing. Our team is working diligently to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is shipped.” Today, I received an email stating, “Upon reviewing your order, I found that a fulfillment error occurred due to a system glitch, which unfortunately caused the order to freeze and not process correctly. We invite you to place a new order.” My order was canceled without my consent, and I was told to place a new one! Since the Black Friday promotions are no longer available, I would have to reorder everything at full price. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from customer service in years of online shopping across various brands. If there was a technical issue initially, I should have been informed right away. Even if they just now realized their mistake, it is not the customer’s duty to fulfill an order! The least they could do is place a duplicate order and apply the discounts I had initially received somehow. This was my first experience with this company, and it will also be my last.
