Review Time
I placed an order on Nov 29th, and by Dec 9th, it still hadn’t shipped. There was no update on the order tracking status page after it was marked as “confirmed.” I reached out to the support team, and they responded the next day, explaining, “We have experienced an unusually high volume of orders due to recent promotions, causing a slight delay in processing. Our team is working diligently to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is shipped.” Today, I received an email stating, “Upon reviewing your order, I found that a fulfillment error occurred due to a system glitch, which unfortunately caused the order to freeze and not process correctly. We invite you to place a new order.” My order was canceled without my consent, and I was told to place a new one! Since the Black Friday promotions are no longer available, I would have to reorder everything at full price. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from customer service in years of online shopping across various brands. If there was a technical issue initially, I should have been informed right away. Even if they just now realized their mistake, it is not the customer’s duty to fulfill an order! The least they could do is place a duplicate order and apply the discounts I had initially received somehow. This was my first experience with this company, and it will also be my last.
I purchased the shimmery bronze Kylie gel eyeliner pencil. I love the color, but the quality is terrible. You can’t sharpen it. It completely falls apart. And when I do “sharpen” it, it smashes down so easy I can’t apply to my eyelids. Very disappointing. I also purchased the Kylie matte liquid and lip liner. Tried on once and had to try multiple washings to remove from lips. No opinion on this one. All of it was not worth the cost though.
I had an order issue and got pretty scared after seeing bad reviews about customer support but those are not true.... Sent email today and they answered me right away, we exchanged multiple messages and my issue was fixed. They were ultra quick and nice. ❤️ Thank you Tina ❤️❤️❤️
I have been trying to reach Kylie Cosmetics for several weeks without success. I have purchased multiple lip liner and lipstick sets from the brand and have been very disappointed with the quality. The lip liners break easily and are extremely difficult to sharpen, even after I purchased the recommended sharpener. Despite following the advice given, the pencils still do not function properly, and most of them have broken.I originally purchased the products from Ulta, but when I attempted to return them, I was told it was no longer possible since it had been over 30 days. All I am requesting is the option to return these defective items directly to Kylie Cosmetics and receive a replacement of the same products, with the hope that the quality will be better.
i have placed order on june 10th but still until now i haven't received my order i have emailed them several times about my order they said one of the items i order is not available in stock (how do they sell products out of stock!!) then after several days emailed them again and they said my package was lost!! and they placed a new order but still since a week the order is in the same status as confirmed nothing else i am really thinking that they have scammed me!!!!! i am really disappointed with kylie cosmetics be aware of purchasing.they have updated me after the last email that another item is out of stock!!! what a weird company selling items out of stock
