It took an astonishing 7 months for me to receive my TV and phone after signing, all while I continued to pay monthly fees. They mislead you regarding contract agreements, and entering into a contract with such an ineffective service is one of my biggest regrets. I have proof of the contract, and they assured me that my 186 payments would be reduced after a year of service, but they completely failed to uphold that promise. It's shocking that if you attempt to dispute this, it can affect your credit history, despite the fact that I feel scammed and am only trying to stand my ground. I look forward to settling what I owe and terminating my relationship with this dreadful and greedy service. After a year, my payments remained unchanged, and I have never regretted a decision more; just thinking about it gives me a headache. Please exercise caution with this company; they will not only delay your services but may also deceive you.
