Still no money returned. Its been 9 months now. And they haven't replied to my last email either. I think they may be sulking because they now know I won't remove reviews, no matter what. They seem to be at a loss of what to do now.

Here's a little tip for Kynex;
UPHOLD YOUR END OF THE CONTRACT AND GIVE ME WHAT YOU PROMISED!

Finally got my money! However, to the wrong account! During the call the other week, I updated my bank details with them and even had her read back my account details to verify she had taken them down correctly, they still paid it into the old account!
That being said, I do finally have what I am owed. I expect I shall have to chase them up again next month, and tell them the correct bank account AGAIN. It is supposed to be done without me chasing them. I honestly cannot wait for this contract to end. Biggest mistake of my life was falling for this massive screwup of a company

I honestly think this company doesn't want to improve . Ive deleted my favourable reviews .has they ask you to give them a good review before you get your agreement honoured by them . I went with them 3 year ago after being cold called . It took 2 months before I got my original number finally back losing thousands of potential buisness as a self employed tiler . When they did eventually send me my old number the phone went off like a pinball machine .I literally could have cried the amount of work I lost especially being early part of year . They also promised me that after 12 months they would review my £72 a month bills which was high because I was only halfway through my last ee agreement . I got debt letters from me because they never paid my old contract off as promised and I paid an extra £ 2500. Over the next 2 year . My biggest regret is dealing with noah Welsh and this company who really dont care about your losses and only think of their commission 😡

I have just spoken with Kynex regarding the money they owe me.
I was asked to remove my one star reviews and they will pay me what they owe me by Tuesday. This is why they didn't want to communicate via email.
I told her no. They have earned these 1 star reviews honestly and I will not be held to ransom by them! And as a result, here is another 1 star review for them.
I will also add that I have recorded the entire conversation, minus the bank details being exchanged, so I can find somewhere to upload it and share to the whole Internet.
Well done Kynex. I have you recorded trying to get trustpilots rules broken!

1 star is 10 times more than I want to give, but trust pilot insists I select it.

Almost 12 months of non payments from kynex on my so called 50% half price contracts times 3! I am paying the full extortionate amount. Kinex failed to keep their obligations.
Despite repeatedly asking them to stick to email comms only, they insist on sending me emails saying "we tried to call you", and they refuse point blank to sort the issue out by telling me why they are in breach of contract and when they intend to rectify the issue in an email because they know I will use it as evidence with trading standards.

Avoid kinex like the plague!

Today I received a call from Brennan of Kynex Ltd, advising me he could save me money on my phone contract, after thinking it was just “another cold call” it’s safe to say he changed my mind. Which isn’t usually the easiest to do as I am sales trained too.

After a few mins on the phone he offered me a great amount of advice on plans they had which would be considerably less! Also had a good chat about the local area as we realised we don’t live too far apart geographically, it also made me realise this is a local company which I am more than happy to support!

I got passed to Chloe who then advised me on the contracts you had, which worked out over 50% cheaper than my current Vodafone contract, with exactly the same type of contract. Also managed to get some baby advice from her whilst she was filling forms as myself and partner are due in May. So cheers Chloe!!

I was then put through to Abbie to finalise all the paperwork, she was exceptionally patient after Vodafone did everything but give me my PAC code via live chat! Abbie managed to get me through to a vodafone agent, where I then finally got it! Abbie was a massive help and managed to put up with me being absolutely infuriated at the vodafone chat bot and agents!!

All completed paperwork with a 50% reduction in my overall costs, plus I now have a friendly team and local company to contact!

Overall outstanding service from the 3 of you and look forward to being your client!

Avoid this company for your own peace of mind and savings

For your own peace and financial well-being, I strongly advise against signing a contract with this company. It took an astonishing 7 months for me to receive my TV and phone after signing, all while I continued to pay monthly fees. They mislead you regarding contract agreements, and entering into a contract with such an ineffective service is one of my biggest regrets. I have proof of the contract, and they assured me that my 186 payments would be reduced after a year of service, but they completely failed to uphold that promise. It's shocking that if you attempt to dispute this, it can affect your credit history, despite the fact that I feel scammed and am only trying to stand my ground. I look forward to settling what I owe and terminating my relationship with this dreadful and greedy service. After a year, my payments remained unchanged, and I have never regretted a decision more; just thinking about it gives me a headache. Please exercise caution with this company; they will not only delay your services but may also deceive you.

Extremely disappointed with the service provider

This provider has been the worst we've encountered as a small business. After paying for 12 months, we still haven't received the promised hardware/handsets. Since our initial complaint months ago, we've been given two delivery dates, but nothing has arrived. They've misled us twice, failing to respond when delivery was supposed to happen. I've had to reach out for updates multiple times, yet still no resolution.

Service fell short of expectations

I was hoping to leave a five-star review, but unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations for several reasons. Last week, I upgraded my contract and added a new line with a device. The team offered me a great deal, and I was pleased with the discussion leading to the contract signing. However, after receiving the new SIM card along with the welcome letter, I found there was no mention of the porting number or the PAC code that should have been provided during the contract renewal. This forced me to contact the team again to revisit our previous conversation to restart the process of transferring my old number to the new contract. I believe this issue should have been addressed before sending the SIM card. After my call yesterday, I hope the process will get moving soon.
