I encountered a sizing issue after washing my t-shirt, but the support team was fantastic and sent me a larger size. Their response time is quick, and they're very friendly. I usually wear small or medium, but I needed a large this time. Regarding the t-shirts and sweatshirts, I have previously bought similar products that were soft, but these t-shirts feel a bit stiffer and heavier. The sweatshirt is on the thinner side. I do appreciate the cute designs offered by this company!
