I encountered a sizing issue after washing my t-shirt, but the customer support team was fantastic and sent me a larger size. They were very quick to respond and extremely friendly. I usually wear small or medium, but I ended up needing a large. Regarding the t-shirts and sweatshirts, I have previously purchased similar items that were soft, but these t-shirts feel a bit stiffer and heavier. The sweatshirt is on the thinner side. However, I do appreciate the super cute designs offered by the company!
My package was likely delivered to the wrong address due to frequent changes in our postal service, which leads to many items going to the wrong home. The company reached out to check if I received my adorable pug t-shirt. After I informed them I hadn't, they promptly sent a replacement, which is quite rare these days. I received the second package, and the shirt is amazing with excellent quality. I would definitely rate this business 5 stars not only for their fun and original t-shirt designs but also for their outstanding service! Perfect for holiday shopping!

They did not adhere to their shipping policy. I ordered shirts totaling $89, and their website states that shipping is free for orders over $79, yet I was charged a $7 shipping fee. I contacted the support team several times but was repeatedly informed that I couldn't combine discount codes. Ironically, the code I used was for free shipping.
I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter, expecting it to arrive in about a week, but it’s been much longer and it’s still 'in transit.' I haven't had any luck reaching the company. I will be filing a complaint and seeking a refund through PayPal today. I'm very disappointed ☹️
I ordered because I live in NC and wanted to support a local SC business as advertised. Weeks have passed, and my item shipped from China, which I have yet to receive. Thankfully, I paid with PayPal and can file a claim. Very deceptive company!
The website claimed products shipped from South Carolina, but my package, which took three weeks to arrive, came from China! One of the shirts was clearly used, missing its tag, and was larger than what I ordered. The customer service is unhelpful. They expect me to pay to return the defective shirt to China for a refund! They want me to incur more costs for their errors! Total scam. Avoid purchasing from them!
