I encountered a sizing issue after washing my t-shirt, but the customer support team was fantastic and sent me a larger size. They were very quick to respond and extremely friendly. I usually wear small or medium, but I ended up needing a large. Regarding the t-shirts and sweatshirts, I have previously purchased similar items that were soft, but these t-shirts feel a bit stiffer and heavier. The sweatshirt is on the thinner side. However, I do appreciate the super cute designs offered by the company!
