Just to follow up from my previous review. 4 months on and I’m stuck with a sofa that looks grubby and ready for the tip. ScS sent a technician to look at it and they have reported that there is nothing wrong with the material or the sofa (La-Z-Boy Pittsburg sofa). I’ve escalated it to the ombudsman but because ScS have reported that there’s no issue with the sofa they can’t do anything…Avoid using ScS or La-Z-Boy at all costs, I’m now stuck with a £3k sofa that looks horrendous.
