I placed my order on 12/5 and was charged on the same day, but my order was not shipped. They should not charge until the product is shipped; I have experience in logistics and understand this policy. As of today, 12/29, I requested an immediate cancellation of my order. However, on 12/30, I received an update that they finally shipped it! I informed them to disregard my refund request, at least for now. It seems they missed my email... what a situation!
