We were very skeptical about your product because there's thousands of ads out there. My significant other is 82 and I am 73. We suffered from sneezing and coughing in a very dusty old house! I am so so excited to say, we noticed a difference in 24 hours! I am as TOTAL BELIEVER AND AM THRILLED I BOUGHT THEM!! Th u. !!!! We feel 100% better. I will tell anyone our experience!!!!

The air fresheners arrived in a timely manner. They were a good price, I bought 3vand got a free. They work great. I live in a 50 year old house on a gravel road and within a few days of getting my air fresheners the old moldy smell in my house is almost gone. By the time this review posts I feel like the old moldy smell will be completely gone. Love these air fresheners.

I ordered 3 labcharge units on 1/4/2026. Never received merchandise a month later. I contacted customer service and got 1 response that they were working on my order, this was approximately 2 weeks after my initial order. Finally, had to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund. Still looking for another products.

Where do I begin?

A. Their product is, basically, worthless -- I have seen ZERO CHANGE! No dust reduction, no easing of resouratory issues from dust and pollen, and the like
B. They sent -- and charged -- me 4 more! I don't want or need more! First of all, they do nothing. Secondly, I have a small house, so even if their units DID work, I wouldn't need more!
C. I have been given the runaround for WEEKS now, when they even bother to respond to my many emails.
D. They emailed me a (supposed) copy of my additional order, which I didn't place (a glitch on their website?). Sure feels like a scam.
E. Way back when my initial order was placed (early December?), they emailed me, saying apologies for the delay, and that they'd send me an additional unit for free -- which never arrived.
F. Today's poor excuse for a customer service reply NOW says I need to return it and they will charge me a restocking fee!?

I am convinced they don't bother to read customer's emails, especially if there's an issue. And it's clear to me, from their contact, that they care only about taking my money,

They had the nerve, in reply to my initial review, to respond as if they cared, as if they really wanted to rectify this problem.
What a joke!
Frankly, if I weren't a senior on a small fixed income, I'd file a suit.

Save your money! They're horrible in every way!

Extremely noisy and ineffective

These devices are so loud that you can't use them in any room where you'll be spending time. The high-pitched noise and constant hum will disrupt your sleep. I strongly advise against purchasing these. I can't recall if I got them from an online retailer or another site, but it was a significant mistake. They are truly terrible. I'm throwing mine away. What a complete waste of money. I've had them for nearly two months and have noticed no improvement.

Terrible experience. Unresponsive support.

This has been the worst choice I've made. The customer service is dreadful. I ordered this as a gift on 1/9/26 and opted for expedited shipping, expecting it within 3 to 5 days. It's still not here. I left two messages with the support team (no representatives available) and emailed them twice. I only received one reply confirming they got my complaint. Absolutely unacceptable!

Significant delays and no refund received

Weeks went by without any shipment. Upon reaching out, I was told it would be shipped shortly. A few weeks later, still nothing. I decided to cancel my order, and now, 10 days later, I have yet to receive a refund. I’m considering disputing the charge with my credit card. I advise against purchasing from them; they seem unreliable.

I placed my order on 12/17/2025, and now it's 12/31/2025 without any sign of my order. It's tough to provide feedback when there's no product to review. I would appreciate a delivery estimate… I understand there might be holiday delays, but keeping customers informed is essential!

Frustrating Order Experience

I placed my order on 12/5 and was charged on the same day, but my order was not shipped. They should not charge until the product is shipped; I have experience in logistics and understand this policy. As of today, 12/29, I requested an immediate cancellation of my order. However, on 12/30, I received an update that they finally shipped it! I informed them to disregard my refund request, at least for now. It seems they missed my email... what a situation!
