I am still having to "fight" with them!
Where do I begin?
A. Their product is, basically, worthless -- I have seen ZERO CHANGE! No dust reduction, no easing of resouratory issues from dust and pollen, and the like
B. They sent -- and charged -- me 4 more! I don't want or need more! First of all, they do nothing. Secondly, I have a small house, so even if their units DID work, I wouldn't need more!
C. I have been given the runaround for WEEKS now, when they even bother to respond to my many emails.
D. They emailed me a (supposed) copy of my additional order, which I didn't place (a glitch on their website?). Sure feels like a scam.
E. Way back when my initial order was placed (early December?), they emailed me, saying apologies for the delay, and that they'd send me an additional unit for free -- which never arrived.
F. Today's poor excuse for a customer service reply NOW says I need to return it and they will charge me a restocking fee!?
I am convinced they don't bother to read customer's emails, especially if there's an issue. And it's clear to me, from their contact, that they care only about taking my money,
They had the nerve, in reply to my initial review, to respond as if they cared, as if they really wanted to rectify this problem.
What a joke!
Frankly, if I weren't a senior on a small fixed income, I'd file a suit.
