Their tools and features are comprehensive, and they have made managing my releases much easier.However, my experience with their customer support has been less positive. While the platform itself works well, responses from the support team are often delayed, and at times, I haven't received any response at all. This can be frustrating, especially when urgent issues arise.Overall, it's a reliable service, but I hope they improve their support to better assist their users.
