I received a damaged item that was leaking due to inadequate packaging, and the company did nothing to address the issue. Despite reaching out through their website and email, I received no reply. They seem to respond initially but then ignore further communication. They also neglected to respond on the platform where they sell, which adds to their unprofessionalism. When I complained on another review site, they responded rudely and attempted to manipulate the situation by using unrelated order information to have my complaint removed. This behavior raises serious concerns about their business ethics. I have documented evidence of my interactions and the state of the item. If you consider buying from them, be cautious; if there's a problem and you purchased through a different platform, they may deny responsibility, even though their policies state otherwise. Their responses to complaints are unprofessional, and I no longer trust them. There are plenty of other places to buy perfumes, and I will avoid this one in the future.
