I have evidence of this situation and will escalate it legally. It’s shocking how a company can turn against its customers. They claim they don’t see my order, yet they responded to my emails refusing to assist. It took two months for insurance to intervene. The resolution came from insurance, not the seller. Their logic is absurd; if I ordered a car and it didn’t arrive, I wouldn’t contact the car manufacturer but my insurance. Their customer service is terrible, and their responses to complaints are unhelpful. BEWARE!
