I placed an order on their website and received a shipping email, but the tracking never updated. After multiple inquiries, I was told to wait or blame the carrier. Eventually, I found out they never sent the package. When I canceled the order, they even charged me for it. Their customer service and policies are quite misleading. I won’t be ordering from them again.
