When I filed a complaint on another review site, they responded rudely and even tried to bribe the site to remove my complaint using irrelevant information from another order. This behavior suggests a lack of integrity in their business practices. I have documented all interactions and issues, so I can substantiate my claims. If you decide to purchase from them, be cautious; if you face any problems and bought through a platform that isn't their official site, they may deny responsibility. Their response to complaints is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company. Regardless of whether they assist me now, I want others to be aware of these issues. There are plenty of other options for purchasing perfume, and I will avoid this company in the future after my experience.
