I ordered a wig over three and a half weeks ago, and it still hasn’t been delivered. I have emailed the company and sent messages on Instagram multiple times, but I have been completely ignored.This is extremely disappointing, especially because I have ordered from them before and really liked their wigs. The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless they improve their response time and accountability.
