I ordered a wig over three and a half weeks ago, and it still hasn’t been delivered. I have emailed the company and sent messages on Instagram multiple times, but I have been completely ignored.
This is extremely disappointing, especially because I have ordered from them before and really liked their wigs. The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless they improve their response time and accountability.

Purchased couple wigs they still have not arrived over month now and no-one is responding to emails or comments for help on social media. Terrible service and this is thief, DO NOT USE, THEY ARE COMMITTING THIEF!!!
I have bought many wigs from this company over the years but I’m sorry to say that I placed an order over a month ago and I still haven’t received my order. I have written to them on numerous occasions and they promised they would deliver the goods but I have heard nothing from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !! They have taken my money and disappeared. DREADFUL SERVICE. I will never buy from them again!!!
I would leave 0 stars if I could. I purchase a wig from this company which Royal Mail delivered to another apartment building I don’t recognise. I contacted labello on Instagram and email weeks ago and have been ignored despite them continuing to post on Instagram.
Ordered items in January. When received they were not as described and poor quality. Nobody would answer emails but I finally got through via their instagram. They were reluctant to help I had to get support from Trading standards in the end. Though they said I have a refund, it is now May and not received. 5 months later. I am MORE than happy to verify experience with documentation.
I did not receive my order and I have reached out to the company so that they can claim back from Royal Mail but I have not got a response for months. I understand a tracked order was sent through Royal Mail and they have delivered somewhere but not my address. Only the sender can claim back for items marked 48 from the Royal Mail but I have been ignored via email. All I ask is for them to claim back for a lost item and give me my money back but the customer service has been awful which is a shame as I will order again as I like their hair. It is unfair to lose 82 pounds when the company can claim it back
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The other reviews are true!! The customer service is absolutely appalling. They barely reply to messages and emails. I had 2 orders, one was never shipped and the other was quickly shipped at the last minute even though I asked for a refund. This was done so they could try and keep my money. I have had to file a dispute with my bank to retrieve my money. Clearly they don’t actually have any stock on hand or are trying to scam people with a pretty looking website. I have also along with a couple of other customers had to contact HMRC to report them for fraud. Order at your own risk.
