Very bad! Don't buy!! The website clearly states a 30-day return policy. However, when you request a return, they respond multiple times (three times in my case) offering partial refunds or discounts to persuade you to keep the item instead of processing the return.After clearly declining these offers in three separate emails and stating that I simply wanted to return the product, they suddenly claimed that returns were not possible because the item was a sale product.This restriction was not clearly communicated upfront, and it only came up after several back-and-forth emails. Very disappointing experience and not transparent at all.
