Terrible quality, looks cheap and does not deserve it's price. Waiting for a month for an order, while it was traveling from China. Not possible to return as you will face a lot of problems with getting the return address and return form. Negative experience, do not order there anything. Deserves zero stars.

Very bad! Don't buy!! The website clearly states a 30-day return policy. However, when you request a return, they respond multiple times (three times in my case) offering partial refunds or discounts to persuade you to keep the item instead of processing the return.After clearly declining these offers in three separate emails and stating that I simply wanted to return the product, they suddenly claimed that returns were not possible because the item was a sale product.This restriction was not clearly communicated upfront, and it only came up after several back-and-forth emails. Very disappointing experience and not transparent at all.
Horrible product and awful customer service!!! Not even one star it deserves! It marked the product as delivered when I had not received the parcel. It arrived one month after and it is of terrible quality. I'm still trying to get refund (not sure someone has done it before). This is scam!
After emailing back and forth and threatening legal action as well as getting ACM involved they have confirmed they will provide me with a full refund. My intention was to order from a local Dutch company and not one outside of EU . Labels of Amsterdam is not Dutch it is Chinese and it does not inform consumers of this prior to purchase. This is illegal. Any company drop shipping outside of Netherlands must provide a return address in the Netherlands/EU. No company can ask a consumer to pay for any return if its operations are outside of the EU and they do not provide return address information prior to purchase. This information must be transparent for the consumer and not hidden. Know your rights and push back if they deny you your rights.
Listen to me, I'm a lawyer. This website is a classic drop‑shipping scam model:Website pretends to be European (Dutch-sounding name, .nl domain, Dutch text).Products actually ship from China and are misrepresented in photos and of horrendous quality.They systematically refuse returns and only offer tiny partial refunds.Once customers insist on returns, they escalate with “keep the item + 10–15–20% refund.”Their goal: prevent returns, because returns reveal their non‑EU location—making them liable for violations!These tactics are typical for “fast-fashion scam sites” flagged by EU consumer protection bodies. I will take this far in order to exercise my rights and reduce the damage I am suffering from the scam.
