After emailing back and forth and threatening legal action as well as getting ACM involved they have confirmed they will provide me with a full refund. My intention was to order from a local Dutch company and not one outside of EU . Labels of Amsterdam is not Dutch it is Chinese and it does not inform consumers of this prior to purchase. This is illegal. Any company drop shipping outside of Netherlands must provide a return address in the Netherlands/EU. No company can ask a consumer to pay for any return if its operations are outside of the EU and they do not provide return address information prior to purchase. This information must be transparent for the consumer and not hidden. Know your rights and push back if they deny you your rights.
