I rarely order online, but have a broken leg, so lots of scrolling and shopping. Labels had an FB advertisement for a lovely dress that I wanted to lounge in while recovering. The order had some timing issues, however, customer service was there immediately ready to assist and track. More than that, the staff is kind and considerate. They tracked my recovery progress along with my package, and when there was an issue, followed up with a replacement. Some of the most attentive and sweet customer assistance I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with.
