I bought a sweater during their Black Friday sale. It arrived fast without any hassle and no doubt about the quality and design. It is a very nice shirt and fit is good.However I didn’t not realize it was dry clean only which don’t work for me, since I have smaller children and stuff tends get spilled on me.I decided to return the item and you have to write them within 14 days to start the process which I did. A small note about this is that their site was locked for several days because of a release and the info needed to make a return was then locked behind a password along with the rest of the site.I wrote to them and did not hear anything for several days. I even contacted them on instagram with no result. When I finally received an answer I mailed them the item back right away. I have heard nothing from them since I did. I know they have received the package 9 days ago because of tracking, but they have not confirmed anything to me. I have since written them 3 times asking for confirmation with no reply at all. Neither on e-mail nor on Instagram. So at this point they got both me money and my item and I got nothing.I plan to wait a bit more because I realize they are a small business and we are in a busy period right now. But if they have not replied to me in a few days I plan to file an official complaint and hopefully get this resolved.So to sum up. Great items, but their service is a joke.EDIT. I have amended my review since this has been resolved. I still think they sell great products, but they need more standardized procedures for something as basic as a return.
