Bought their paw gloves and waited two weeks for delivery. They were not cut properly on the fingers, with one finger on the thumb being larger than another. Leather is already peeling after one wear, I don’t think this is goatskin leather as advertised.

Lac Demure has their way of understanding their customers to a high degree, from empathising with my concerns to giving prompt responses that actually resolve the issues I'm facing, and showing good customer care and service, as a first-time buyer of their bag, I am really grateful and impressed by them. :) Keep it up you guys
I bought a sweater during their Black Friday sale. It arrived fast without any hassle and no doubt about the quality and design. It is a very nice shirt and fit is good.However I didn’t not realize it was dry clean only which don’t work for me, since I have smaller children and stuff tends get spilled on me.I decided to return the item and you have to write them within 14 days to start the process which I did. A small note about this is that their site was locked for several days because of a release and the info needed to make a return was then locked behind a password along with the rest of the site.I wrote to them and did not hear anything for several days. I even contacted them on instagram with no result. When I finally received an answer I mailed them the item back right away. I have heard nothing from them since I did. I know they have received the package 9 days ago because of tracking, but they have not confirmed anything to me. I have since written them 3 times asking for confirmation with no reply at all. Neither on e-mail nor on Instagram. So at this point they got both me money and my item and I got nothing.I plan to wait a bit more because I realize they are a small business and we are in a busy period right now. But if they have not replied to me in a few days I plan to file an official complaint and hopefully get this resolved.So to sum up. Great items, but their service is a joke.EDIT. I have amended my review since this has been resolved. I still think they sell great products, but they need more standardized procedures for something as basic as a return.
Unreal experience with this brand. Really Stylish pieces that don’t compromise on any aspect. Phenomenal craftsmanship and quality, at least in my experience, and great value for the money they charge. Also they have a fantastic approach to customer service. Cant recommend Lac Demure enough, I have nothing but good things to say about them.
Are you kidddding me?? I was expecting a good sweater but this is something else. The feel, fit, even the god damn box it came in is spectacular. It got delivered the very next day (ahead of schedule). They quickly fixed my order after I emailed them that I ordered the wrong size/colour. And gave me size suggestions on IG (their models are all really tall and skinny so it’s hard to tell what size to get). I’m not even mad they’re often sold out bc now I’ve got something you don’t ;)
