THEY ARE THIEVES. I returned two dresses in September 2025, which were delivered and signed for on September 30 (FULL PROOF). Over 50 DAYS later – STILL NO REFUND. The representative is DELIBERATELY KEEPING £175.50 of my money for items they’ve confirmed they have received back. They fabricate screenshots and blame the payment service. I’ve checked their accounts – the business is FAILING and clearly surviving by withholding customers’ refunds. This is their disgusting business model: take your money, ignore returns, and hope you give up. ABSOLUTE SCUM.
