I've placed many orders, and each time the service has been efficient and prompt, with excellent assistance from the support team. Whenever I've had a question, they've been consistently friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend them more; no one does it better.

THEY ARE THIEVES. I returned two dresses in September 2025, which were delivered and signed for on September 30 (FULL PROOF). Over 50 DAYS later – STILL NO REFUND. The representative is DELIBERATELY KEEPING £175.50 of my money for items they’ve confirmed they have received back. They fabricate screenshots and blame the payment service. I’ve checked their accounts – the business is FAILING and clearly surviving by withholding customers’ refunds. This is their disgusting business model: take your money, ignore returns, and hope you give up. ABSOLUTE SCUM.

They even offered free next-day delivery for my daughter’s dress, which was a lifesaver, and made the returns process smooth and easy. I’m genuinely grateful for their kindness and efficiency. I tried several dresses by post and had to return them. I don’t think they have a grasp on accurate sizing; it’s quite ridiculous. A size 12 feels more like a size 8. If you have a bust, avoid ordering from this company. I’m surprised they haven’t addressed this issue given all the negative reviews.
I had a great first experience with the company. I ordered a dress a size up after reading that their dresses run small. The dress was beautiful but ended up being too big. After consulting with their support team, I ordered a size down, and once I tried it on, I kept the smaller size and returned the larger one. The return was processed quickly. You do have to pay for tracked postage yourself, but I think that’s fair since it wasn’t their fault I ordered the wrong size. I recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to their specific size chart. Occasion dresses like this often have different sizing than regular clothes. I would definitely consider using them again.
The dress was lovely but didn’t match what I saw on the website. I spent £10 on returning the package according to their Terms and Conditions. They deducted £16 from my refund and refuse to explain why. I will have to contact my bank. This is a seller to avoid if you want a good experience.
I ordered over a month before the event (international delivery outside Europe) and got nervous because the postal service held it for about a week and a half. I contacted the company, and they assured me to wait for the estimated delivery time. A day before the deadline, it arrived at a pickup location near my home. The dress is incredible, and the customer service was excellent!
