I ordered two items on the 13th December. One of the items was a pre-order which was meant to be dispatched on the w/c 12th January, however the items were not sent until the week of the 26th January. I waited at home for the parcel on the day it was meant to come, nobody came to my door and I since got an email saying ‘sorry we missed you’- I requested for it to go to a nearby shop, both Lace and Favour and the courier confirmed it would be there today, however the parcel has not arrived and when I go on the app it now says it won’t be there until tomorrow. Neither L&F nor the courier let me know about this. Overall extremely disappointed so far as I still haven’t got my items which I ordered nearly two months ago!
