I ordered two items on the 13th December. One of the items was a pre-order which was meant to be dispatched on the w/c 12th January, however the items were not sent until the week of the 26th January. I waited at home for the parcel on the day it was meant to come, nobody came to my door and I since got an email saying ‘sorry we missed you’- I requested for it to go to a nearby shop, both Lace and Favour and the courier confirmed it would be there today, however the parcel has not arrived and when I go on the app it now says it won’t be there until tomorrow. Neither L&F nor the courier let me know about this.
Overall extremely disappointed so far as I still haven’t got my items which I ordered nearly two months ago!

Made an order with Lace & Favour and unfortunately the wrong product was sent to me, however they couldn't have been more helpfully and understand of my situation and the correct pair were with me within 48 hours.
