In my view, this seller is not trustworthy. The quality of the product is extremely poor. The material feels cheap, rigid, and uncomfortable, failing to fit the body properly. Instead of feeling natural, it comes across as harsh and synthetic.
After wearing it for just a few minutes, my skin reacted with irritation and itchiness. It was truly unwearable, even for a brief period. Additionally, the return process is quite problematic.
Returns are at the customer's expense, and the item must be sent back to a distant location, making it very costly when shipping from Europe. The return shipping costs exceed the product's value, rendering returns impractical. As a result, customers are left stuck with a subpar product and no feasible return option. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this seller. Protect your funds and steer clear of the hassle.
My experience with the service was highly unsatisfactory. Some of the items delivered did not meet my expectations regarding quality or style. When I attempted to exercise my legal right of withdrawal, I was denied a standard return.
Instead of a full refund, I was only offered a partial refund or a store credit. This was justified by supposed ‘Black Friday conditions’, which I believe are not valid. Moreover, I was instructed to return the items to a location outside the EU at my own cost. Based on numerous reports about dropshipping retailers, there is a significant risk that shipments may get lost during transit or not be collected by customs, leaving buyers without their money. I also find it concerning that the service does not clearly state its headquarters in the imprint, further diminishing trust. Customer support was not very helpful and strictly adhered to internal policies. I would not recommend ordering from here and advise others to avoid this online shop for the reasons stated.
