The platform itself is good but logistics and customer support are terrible. I've had multiple pairs seemingly lost by the company when shipped to them on 2 separate occasions. Weeks go by without a proper update apart from 'we've contacted the team.' I've had lots of successful transactions but also quite a few unsuccessful ones now.
