Delivery was a bit slow.. Especially as it was a birthday present it arrived after her birthday so it took a whole week to get here... Which I wasn't so pleased with as postage wasn't cheap... So I at least expect 48 royal mail... So was let down
A total failure with no help whatsoever. My order arrived nearly a month late, and the footwear is essential for the winter season. I had to constantly follow up since my delivery was stuck at a shipping hub, and the service team did nothing to assist.
Everything was fine until I needed to make a return. I mistakenly ordered the wrong color trainers for my daughter for the holidays. I placed the order a week before the holiday and they weren’t opened until the special day. By the time I reached out for assistance, it was after the holiday and just outside the 14-day return window. There was no understanding or reasonable consideration of the situation, just a flat refusal. No return, no refund, regardless of the holiday. Most companies would act fairly and allow some leniency during the holiday season. I won’t be returning.
Avoid this service! I chose to use them based on positive reviews and paid a lot for shoes that never arrived. When I inquired, the company refused to refund, claiming the postal service needed 30 working days to investigate. Even after that, my refund request was denied, and they provided no timeline for resolution. After nearly three months, I finally received my refund, but only after I initiated a chargeback with my bank. It was a frustrating ordeal, and I had to fight for my money despite the postal service confirming the package was lost. I doubt I would have received my refund without involving my bank.
