I returned a pair of shoes for order 937942 as it arrived damaged, they provided me a return and i returned it over 4 months ago but still they are not issuing me a refund, this company is a scam and the customer service Jhunel has been making me wait 4 months still, according to him/her they aren't able to refund me until they get their claim money as they lost the parcel, they are very greedy and do not care about their customers be weary and avoid this company, stockx is way better.
