Edit: Thank you for response my order number is #109914 I will update this comment with my experience from now. I placed an order and was asked to provide my ID, which I sent via email. Since then, no one has responded. My shipment status is still unfulfilled, and I’ve received no updates or support. I tried contacting through email, Instagram DMs, and the website chatbot—no replies at all.I have an important event coming up, and I’m left without any information or option to cancel. This is extremely unprofessional and stressful. I expected better service.
