My closet is full of LaceMade’s items and they are in good quality and quantity as well 🤭. LaceMade has a lot of customers so I know it takes sometimes for them to respond to my email whenever I have a problem. Their designs are truly marvelous: Í can find something for daily wear or for cosplaying. I love their corset dresses soooooo much because they highlight my body very well.
I have shopped with them since June of 2024 until now and I have not actually bought from somewhere else yet.
I don’t really have delivery problems, it normally takes 2-3 weeks to reach me but I have no complaints.
This situation has become unacceptable. You have changed your “solution” several times, and now you are asking me to pay again in order to receive a compensation. This is not a solution, and I will not accept it.
I am not going to pay anything. A compensation cannot require the customer to send money, and you know this. The issue was caused by your logistics failure, not by me.
I have been patient, but I am extremely tired of the constant changes, excuses, and proposals that do not respect my rights.
Lacemade is the brand of my dreams!!! I have always been drawn to the dainty princess aesthetic but found it lacking in modern day brands. It wasn't until I found Lacemade a few years ago that I could finally get my hands on romantic dresses and corsets. I do think the sizing runs small but following the size chart is helpful and their customer service is always good. I love checking their new items every couple months and I always get compliments when I wear their clothes!
I've been ordering from Lacemade since December 2025 and have had a great experience with them. All of their dresses are well-made and comfortable to wear. They offer quick shipping, with some items arriving at my residence in less than a week. Any issues are resolved with their customer service in a timely manner.
I have clearly stated multiple times that I did NOT want a refund, yet you ignored every single one of my emails and closed the issue as if this were an appropriate solution.
Now I am left without the products I purchased and with an amount of money that does not allow me to buy anything equivalent from your store. The discount code you provided is an insult — it does not compensate for anything, it does not solve the problem, and it shows a complete lack of respect for your customers.
I did not ask for a refund. I asked for a solution equivalent to the real value of what I purchased. I want a product, not a refund I never requested.
This situation is unfair and I am not going to accept it. I expect a real and proportional solution, because your current response makes it clear that you are not taking my complaint seriously.
I've been shopping at Lacemade for around two years. The clothes are great quality and I've yet to recieve an order that I was disappointed with. Shipping does take long, yes, since they are shipping from China but having purchased things abroad I'm used to this and keep it in mind when making orders. I can't comment on customer service, since I've never had an issue I needed to raise with them.
Products are high quality. Sizing is accurate if you follow the size chart as advised. Never had a problem with none of the products, in fact they always fit to perfection. Customer service is helpful. Lacemade is one of my most favorite brands ❣️
Clothes are good. You better get the right size though. Because it’s easier to yank your own teeth out than deal with customer service to return defective items

I bought a dress in one size fits perfect. Another dress, same size. Wouldn’t fit if I got 4 ribs removed.
Customer service. Is a joke. Copy and paste responses every time.
I purchased several dresses and shirts from the company, and I was truly amazed by the excellent quality and the beautifully unique appearance of each item upon arrival. I received numerous compliments on my outfits and can't get enough of them. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to delight their little princess!
