I get it, the dresses are cute, but it's SERIOUSLY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.If the dress comes remotely ill-fitting, your only options are to stick with the dress you have or pay twice as much to get the right size. The website claims you can get a full refund or exchange within the first two weeks, but that's completely false advertising.In my excitement, I bought many dresses from this store and submitted a couple of returns and exchanges, only to discover too late that they ONLY GIVE PARTIAL REFUNDS. It doesn't say it anywhere on the website, but they gave me around ~50% refunds and exchanges, despite me following every single stupid rule in their refund policy. (And MOST were exchanges, I wasn't just buying dresses and returning them all the next day.)More importantly, my multiple emails to their customer service team went ignored (over several weeks, the tone initially very polite and complimentary). They ONLY started to reply after I began complaining about the horrific customer service in the website chat feature and in private messages to the shop's official Instagram page.I've never seen such truly apathetic, unhelpful customer service. The customer service team ignored me for months on end and when they finally did reply, they only answered half the message and fully ignored everything I say about the partial refunds. They insisted I would be refunded the full amount once it hit my bank account, but obviously that's not what happened, and they haven't answered me since I confirmed and proved it wasn't the full amount.DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF. You may think you'll get lucky and end up with the right size of dress, but I read a ton of reviews online saying that Lacemade runs small, only to receive my dresses and find that they run large on me.If you want a dress that fits well--or that won't cause you migraines and cost twice as much as it should--Lacemade is NOT the shop for you. Shoppers beware.(Also, for the record, I'm not just a troll/hater lol. I'm not a frequent online shopper, but the difference that customer service makes is HUGE. Wonderland by Lillian is much pricier, but their customer service team is AMAZING, so kind and accommodating, if you can afford their dresses instead I can't recommend them enough.)
