I purchased 5 dresses from Lacemade and wanted to return 2 of them because their measurements do not match with the size chart and their fabric is low quality. They had clear return instructions. My return of both of the dresses was agreed by Lacemade and within the necessary timeframe. I shipped my items to this exact address as they have written. You as the customer also have to pay to ship your items. The company does not provide it for you. I have sent the items and their return tracking number on the 11th of December. I attached the document as proof of my tracking number. When I checked the tracking number, it was written as my items were delivered to the destination of United States of America and handed to delivery partner on the 24th of December 2024. I have sent several emails to the customer service and their email address which starts with info... Today it is 3rd of February and I have had no refund and no communication either. I do not recommend buying from this company.
