They don’t provide you with a return label and you have to pay for postage to ship it to their warehouse to which they tell you to put the total cost of the package as under $10 so that they can avoid paying customs on it.Customer service is nonexistent, the number for their whatsapp per their email signature doesn’t exist. They lure you in by giving influencers the best experience so that they give good reviews, but are shit to the normal customers.Don’t waste your time on this brand.
