I love this dress, it's beautifully made but when I went to exchange it because there sizing is a little smaller than normal they tried to give me $2 when I paid over $100 for this dress. When I tried to get someone to help me they have no one working US hours and I do not feel the understood what I was saying at all. I had to dispute the charges to get my money back and now I'm stuck with no Halloween costume. I'm devasted. I would have ordered so many more things from them but I feel like I've been scammed.
