RMA#XMPVNCPDAfter looking at the TrustPilot reviews I now understand more why I am in the situation I am in. Truly disappointing. Hope that writing this will help move this process along. I shipped my return back on September 4 to the European address provided in Germany. The package has been in customs for almost 20 days waiting for a response from the company to confirm a few things. I have reached out to the destination warehouse multiple times and informed them they need to respond to the shipping company so my items can be cleared and accepted so I can receive my refund, they have said they will do so and alas the package still says waiting for their response almost 20 days later. I work for a company that deals with international shipping on a daily basis and things NEVER get stuck in customs for more than 5 days (especially dresses) if the receiving company actually answers the shipping company like they request. I now see that sadly it looks like refunds typically don't get helped much until a Trustpilot review is put up. I had to pay almost 40 CHF extra for shipping these back to return so thats 40 CHF I probably won't be getting back with the return.... Truly sad situation. I hope this review will help them speed things along.There was nothing wrong with the dresses they just didn't fit me right and aren't really my style once I saw them in person. Addition: They responded after I posted this and then stopped responding again.
