I tried to cancel an order within an hour of making it. I sent multiple emails and help requests with zero response. At 6am they claimed the package has already been shipped and left their facility. I work in shipping, I know packages don't leave the facility as soon as the label is printed. Magically, as soon as the item was marked shipped, I got a response from "customer service" saying I couldn't cancel. They ignored me until they supposedly had probable cause to keep my money. Incredibly unethical company. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. Wish me luck.
