Really bad customer service. A lot of people are complaining about that on social medias. They take weeks and weeks to answer, or to refund the money. If you are lucky to get your dress and correct size since the beginning, everything it’s perfect. But if you need and exchange or refund the money, your nightmare start. You can wait months to get your refund or exchange or even an answer. The dresses are amazing but the customer service are really awful. So I prefer to spend my time and money in another brands. And of course, one thing that I can’t understand: now they have 2 websites, one .com and another only for European people. And one thing that i won’t never understand why they don’t have both websites the same dresses. And another thing really awful and sad, the curve and plus size. Other brands that I have, offer all their dresses in every size, no matter if you use a regular size or a plus size. But Lacemade never offer all their dresses in plus and size, only a few. That it’s really discriminatory. So no, this brand don’t worth it.
