I ordered a dress, but unfortunately, it was too small. I submitted a return request, but I was not provided with a return label and was instead told I would need to return it at my own expense. Despite this inconvenience, I decided to place a new order in a different size for The Blossom Of Wealth Dress. However, the new order has yet to be dispatched.I am based in the United Kingdom, and it has now been longer than the stated delivery window of 4–5 business days. The items I ordered were listed as in stock, so I am confused as to why there has been a delay with no communication.Additionally, I’ve been unable to reach customer service—emails go unanswered, the chat system does not function, and there is no way to get in touch with anyone. I suspect it’s not even real. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I am concerned about the legitimacy of this company. If I do not receive an update soon, I will be contacting my bank to report and dispute the charge. #126427 After seeing my review they claimed to have arranged shipment yet the delivery service have still not received the parcel as they have not sent it off. They even told me to delete my review but I will not as this brand is not up to standard. They then contacted me saying that they have shipped it and sent me a new tracking number which isn’t even my address and is shipped all the way in the US. Please just refund me my order as you have proved unreliable.
