I’ve sent DMs on Instagram and TikTok, and I even tried calling the phone number listed on the website, but nothing worked — I’ve been completely ignored.It’s extremely frustrating to be treated like this, especially after spending money and trusting the brand. I’m sharing this here because I’ve seen that many others are having the same issue, and still the company refuses to communicate.Please resolve this as soon as possible.
