I love a few od the dresses I ordered there. However I had a very bad experience with them with the last one. The dress that came was way to small (I ordered the usual size, other dresses also from them and same size fit me), so I returned tge dress according to their return policy, I also sent them my tracking number and everything they stated. I haven't heard from them since then... it has been 2 months, the package already arrived a while ago according to tracking site. I haven't been refunded nor have they answered any of my messages (I sent them on email and instgram and whatsapp,...). STILL NO ANSWER. I ADVISE YOU TO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! UPDATE: They wrote me back and I provided all the papers needed and still haven't got my refund in any form. It's been 6 months now (half a year).UPDATE (6. 10. 2025): Still haven't recived my refund. THIS SHOP IS A SCAM!
