Ordered the Psyche Corset Dress (order# 102069) it arrived with literal blood stains on multiple spots of the dress. It was out of stock, so I couldn’t do an even exchange and they gave me the amount back on store credit; I instead paid more money out of pocket for the Annalise style dress (order #104186). This one was too large and did not follow the measurements given on their size chart. I sent it back to exchange for a smaller size. Instead, since the item was now sold out, they refunded me… 29 cents. The dress cost me $129 after discount code and they gave me 29 cents back. They did not refund my original store credit back that was given to me after receiving a dress with someone else’s blood on it (a biohazard risk as well, mind you.) I’ve gone back and forth with them for months on this, and they are deeming a 29 CENT refund as completed and sufficient, completely pocketing the cash I originally spent for the Psyche dress.*Editing to add: after reading through more of these reviews, same thing in my case where they just ignore all of your emails. I’ve explained so nicely and so simply multiple times over and over the issue, sent every little bit of screenshots with tracking, etc. and they just ignore you. When they do respond, it’s super generic and they just tell you that the refund was completed. They don’t read anything you actually tell them in a message. THEY ARE THIEVES AND THIS IS CLEARLY A VERY LARGE SCAM.I will be moving forward with my own legal filings, and since becoming aware of how many other people have been impacted, I am filing a complaint with my state’s attorney general’s office and will be moving forward with filing a class action lawsuit.EDIT #2 5/27/25:So per their comment beneath my review, they did message me- not to actually fix anything, but to AGAIN ask me for the same info they’ve had since APRIL, which are my order numbers (gee whiz, wonder how many screenshots I’ve sent with that info in it? 🤔 It’s almost as if I even included it in this review! 😱) and to further insult me by now not referring to me by my name, but instead “Princess✨”- Word of advice folks, don’t ever call someone Princess and expect them to take it kindly after treating them like they’re being a whiny brat asking you to correct something when you’ve STOLEN from them. Might as well call me Maleficent or Baba Yaga at this point. 🙄They did make it a point to point out that I’ve made a lot of orders through them…Yeah, I had since I had points and coupons and thank god not every piece I had issues with- You would ✨think✨ that a company who sees you’ve ordered a bit would want to keep you around as a customer and not steal from you, to then have you turn and bash them, but alas, what do I know anyways? I’m just a 🎀Princess✨🎀🤪Probably going to leave a review separate for every single order I’ve made though, because according to them, I have nothing but time on my hands to deal with this for months on end so 😎👉👉 look forward to that! ☺️UPDATE 5/28/25- They finally refunded me; only they actually refunded the first item in full, when all I was asking from the get-go was just for my store credit amount to be given back from the second item. Super glad I won’t be forced to support their shop, but just still a prime example of how they don’t actually read anything. Really could have been such an easy simple transaction, but instead they had to go the route of theft. It shouldn’t take talking to an attorney for them to actually follow their own policy and consumer rights. But yeah! Wouldn’t recommend them, I am most definitely not changing this rating just because they finally refunded me. 0/10 would not recommend.
